Electrical Technician - Panel Assembly
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical panel layout and wiring using schematics and blueprints
- Install circuit breakers, terminal blocks, relays, and other electrical components
- Cut, strip, label, and terminate wiring accurately
- Perform basic electrical testing to verify proper installation and operation
- Assist with diagnosing wiring or component issues under guidance
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience using hand tools and basic electrical test equipment
- Ability to identify color-coded wiring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Experience
- Previous electrical panel assembly or machine wiring experience
- Commercial or industrial manufacturing experience
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial equipment
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
